Storage

All stock can be stored at our purpose built warehouse, which is situated on the national motorway network. Our computerised stock management system guarantees that print critical to your business is always available. Sites will be notified when stock needs to be replenished and monthly reports showing the current stock-level's of all items will be provided. All reports are available online.

Call off from stock

A simple, effective stock ordering system is implemented for all our clients and internet ordering is available. An online ordering system bespoke to your particular site will be designed for you.

Stock can be called off electronically through the web or more traditional methods which could consist of an itemised order form. Stock may also be ordered via email, fax or phone.

Imago print management system
Imago is a bespoke e-procurement tool that manages and buys print electronically through our extensive supplier base. Online communication of each client's requirements allows Print Search to streamline laborious manual processes, ensuring that each job or project is handled with speed, efficiency and accuracy.

Online ordering
Our tailored, online system effectively facilitates a smooth ordering process for all our clients. Used in conjunction with our stock management tool, we can ensure you never run out of vital printed materials.

Online ordering for business cards
After conducting research into the needs of our current clients, we found that business cards are the items that have the largest volume of repeat orders. In answer to this, we designed a simple system that is solely dedicated to the re-order of cards.

Clients are able to visit the secure, online ordering page, enter the variable information, view an on-line proof, send the file and order the print from the approved supplier. This eliminates the hassle of producing physical proofs and going through the manual approval and ordering process each time a repeat business card is required.

System monitoring

Many companies find it difficult to obtain accurate information on print usage and expenditure, which can lead to problems when budgets are being determined.

Print Search eradicates this hassle by generating management reports that provide a simple method of controlling and analysing print spend across the company by site, department or product. As well as being of benefit to the client, this system allows Print Search to pro-actively seek to further reduce specific areas of print spend.

Distribution

Two reliable methods of distributing print have been established at Print Search. Depending on your proximity to our warehousing facility you will either receive your order direct from us or through one of our pre-approved national carrier partners.

Pick and pack service

Our fast, accurate pick and pack service allows you to hold minimum stock at your premises and gives you the flexibility to order small amounts without creating unnecessary wastage.
